1. SKILL-BASED MECHANIC (NOT GAMBLING)
Neuralclicker is a strictly competitive skill-based game. The outcome of every round and the determination of the daily winner are governed entirely by human speed, reaction, and click accuracy. No Random Number Generation (RNG), lotteries, or any other elements of chance are utilized to determine winners. This project does not constitute gambling, betting, a casino, or an unregulated lottery.
2. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS
By interacting with the platform, you guarantee that you are not a citizen, resident, and are not physically located within countries or regions where the turnover, storage, use of cryptocurrencies, or participation in competitive Web3 games are prohibited or restricted by local law. The user is solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
3. "AS IS" AND "CODE IS LAW" PRINCIPLES
All interactions with the game are executed autonomously via open-source smart contracts deployed on the BNB Smart Chain network. The software is provided on an "AS IS" basis. By purchasing a Game Pass or submitting your scores to the blockchain, you unconditionally acknowledge that "Code is Law" and accept all risks associated with smart contract execution, blockchain network congestion, or potential code vulnerabilities.
4. UTILITY FEES AND NO EXPECTATION OF PROFIT
- The Pass purchase fee (0.01639 BNB) is a non-refundable utility fee for lifetime access to the game infrastructure.
- The Submit Score fee (0.000936 BNB) is a service fee required to update the on-chain leaderboard and grow the daily prize pool.
Participation in the game does not constitute an investment, purchase of securities, financial investment, or joint venture. The user shall have no expectation of profit or guaranteed return of funds. The daily prize pool is distributed on a winner-takes-all basis exclusively to a single player who takes first place at the end of the epoch.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall the developers, creators, marketing partners, or operators of Neuralclicker be liable for any direct or indirect losses of users. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of BNB cryptocurrency, failed or stuck transactions, Web3 wallet synchronization errors, or network RPC node delays. All transactions on the blockchain are irreversible; no refunds are processed.
